Rapid Results Personal Training Expansion:

We have successfully been running our Small Group Fitness and Personal Training Facility In North Chailey for the last two years. Due to business growth, we are now looking for a space to rent in the Ditchling/Hassocks area. I’d be really grateful to hear about any space that might be suitable.

We offer One to One Personal Training, Small Group Training (up to 4 members per session) and Sports Massage Therapy as well as nutritional guidance to maximise members’ results. We are a team of 6 Personal Trainers, fully qualified and insured, and we each bring our own specialities including Weight Management, Sport Specific Training and Exercise Referral. Our sessions are both fun and challenging. We operate between the hours of 8am – 8pm.

We currently have 2 units together on a beautiful organic farm in North Chailey, one for One to One PT and one for Small Groups. We are now looking for an additional venue. Each unit is approximately 600sqft.

Testimonials

"Regular, well organised events, excellent updates and information by email along with a warm welcome from the Chair and Coordinator are just some of the positives at BHBPA."

Mike Oliver, Owner
(Mike Oliver Associates)

"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."

Nick Broom, Managing Director
(PVL UK Ltd)

"As the local hospice for the area, it’s great that we receive so much support from the BHBPA. Last year the members raised an amazing £2150 through activities such as Bake Off and the BHBiz Awards. Each well planned members meeting enables good networking opportunities and speakers that are relevant to the present climate and local issues. We are proud to be members of BHBPA."

Wendy Agate, Community Fund Raising Manager
(St Peter & St James Hospice)

"This association was started with a lot of effort from a few local businessmen and has proved to be a very powerful and useful tool for our business. The BHBPA has influence at the top level; when action is needed, the BHBPA gets it done. We are kept in touch with all that is happening on our doorstep and will often act because of what is published in the weekly emails / newsletters."
