News: Sales Workshop at Hickstead Hotel

Posted on 31st October 2017

Give your business a boost

Learn how to turn strangers into cash in the bank; discover how to adapt your behaviour to build better business relationships and find out what attributes will help you to become a good salesperson.

All this and more will be covered by business mentor David Mellor in his popular half-day Sales Workshop at the Hickstead Hotel on 29 November. The day begins with refreshments from 8.30am.

“The interactive morning session is aimed at everyone who finds sales even the slightest bit daunting, if not somewhat scary”, explains David. “We will consider how you can take simple steps to generate more repeat sales and add new sales revenue to expand your business.”

Workshop participants talk about how their time with David has given them a much better insight into the approach they take as well as an increased sense of self awareness. “I feel I gained skills to ensure I am more adaptable to the needs of the client”, says one grateful delegate.

“This is selling made easy and in a contemporary way”, remarks one former participant who noted how the course had helped in building strong relationships for the benefit of the selling process”.

For more information and tickets, which are usually £125 per person but with a very generous discount for BHBPA members making the workshop just £75, contact David on 07957 480 460 or email him: david@davidmellormentoring.com

Testimonials

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"This association was started with a lot of effort from a few local businessmen and has proved to be a very powerful and useful tool for our business. The BHBPA has influence at the top level; when action is needed, the BHBPA gets it done. We are kept in touch with all that is happening on our doorstep and will often act because of what is published in the weekly emails / newsletters."

"As the local hospice for the area, it’s great that we receive so much support from the BHBPA. Last year the members raised an amazing £2150 through activities such as Bake Off and the BHBiz Awards. Each well planned members meeting enables good networking opportunities and speakers that are relevant to the present climate and local issues. We are proud to be members of BHBPA."

Wendy Agate, Community Fund Raising Manager
(St Peter & St James Hospice)

"The BHBPA is a fantastic hub for our business community to get together and catch up, discuss important local issues and connect new and interesting enterprises."
