Would you like to do a little more physical activity in a safe, fun, relaxed atmosphere?
If you live in Mid Sussex and would you like to be more physically active then you may be interested in Back to Exercise – a physical activity programme delivered by Brighton & Hove Albion’s official charity.
From walking football to yoga, buggy workout to gentle circuits, Pilates to aqua aerobics, Back to Exercise has something for everyone – whether you are looking to return to regular exercise, try a new activity or simply become more active.
Courses run for between ten and 12 weeks and cost between £10 and £15 depending on the length of the course (usually £1.00 per session). Each session is led by an experienced and qualified coach or instructor at a pace suitable for each participant.
It is an approach that works and not only has Back to Exercise helped large numbers of people in Mid Sussex become more active and improve their health and wellbeing, it has also helped them rediscover the fun side of regular exercise and make new friends.
At such low cost, Back to Exercise is certainly value for money.
Don’t take AITC’s word for it. One former Back to Exercise participant said: “I’m so glad I heard about it from a friend and, after two years, I wouldn’t miss it for the world. It’s a kick-start to the week and I really look forward to it and meeting all the friends I have made there.”

"Regular, well organised events, excellent updates and information by email along with a warm welcome from the Chair and Coordinator are just some of the positives at BHBPA."
"As MP for Mid Sussex I believe passionately in the importance of a vibrant local business community in order to create and sustain fantastic opportunities that enable people to meet their responsibilities, prosper and fulfil their potential. I am committed to collaborating with BHBPA and others to be an effective collective voice for Burgess Hill."
"As the local hospice for the area, it’s great that we receive so much support from the BHBPA. Last year the members raised an amazing £2150 through activities such as Bake Off and the BHBiz Awards. Each well planned members meeting enables good networking opportunities and speakers that are relevant to the present climate and local issues. We are proud to be members of BHBPA."
"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""
