Bennett Christmas welcomes Risk Management Specialist
Bennett Christmas Group has welcomed risk management and health & safety specialist Adam Farrar to its team.
The appointment comes after the launch of BC Risk Management, a dedicated company within the Bennett Christmas Group which is headed up by Anthony Birch. BC Risk Management provides Health & Safety, Construction and Fire Safety consulting, assessments, reports and training.
Adam joins the team with more than 20 years of experience. He specialises in construction safety and has previously worked at the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB).
His previous training includes a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, for which he gained a distinction, and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS). Adam is also a Technician Member of IOSH.
“I am thrilled to be joining the team and helping to expand Bennett Christmas’s service offering,” comments Adam. “We have an exciting opportunity to help the firm’s many insurance customers to fulfil their health and safety obligations.”
CEO Mark Bennett added: “Adam’s qualifications and in-depth expertise make him the ideal candidate to join our new business. As a community insurance broker, we hope to be able to bring this vital risk management service to our existing customers, to help them stay safe and legal with minimal hassle.”
Adam’s appointment continues Bennett Christmas’s exciting expansion, after the firm welcomed nine employees from Slade Edwards Insurance Brokers last month.

"If Carlsberg did networking they would do it the BHBPA way. Each event is packed with great ideas, thought provoking presentations and fun. As a small business we feel supported and part of the community. We have built friendships and business relationships and there is always plenty of advice on hand to benefit us all so don’t hesitate to join whatever the nature of your business. "
"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"
