Burgess Hill brokers acquire Horsham-based Slade Edwards Insurance
Independent Burgess Hill-based brokers and underwriters, Bennett Christmas is merging with Horsham-based Slade Edwards Insurance Brokers as part of its on-going expansion.
The deal comes as Slade Edwards celebrates four decades in Horsham. The existing members of Slade Edwards’s staff will join the Bennett Christmas team from September. They include Slade Edwards’s directors, Julia Crow, who will become Operations Manager, Anthony Birch, who will oversee risk management, and Nigel Slaughter, who will become an Associate Director. Both Bennett Christmas and Slade Edwards are members of the Broker Network.
