BBA will be relocating to Worthing at the end of the month, so therefore we will have our unit on Bolney Grange available for rent.
It’s on Bolney Grange Business Park and has is 1840 sq ft internally with a mezzanine floor for offices. Outside is 2000 sq ft with parking for up to 18 cars.
We are looking for £20,000 per annum.
We ideally would like a long term occupancy.
