The Sustainable Business Partnership CIC is pleased to invite you to our Sustainable Travel Event which will be taking place on 13th June 2017 16:30 – 19:30 at Martlets Hall, Burgess Hill, RH15 9NN

Exhibition

The event will include an exhibition where you can test ride electric bikes from Cycleshack and you will be able see 100% electric cars from Barnard & Brough Nissan Dealership. You will also have the opportunity to meet other organizations offering sustainable travel products and our event partners.

Keynote Speakers

West Sussex County Council has recently confirmed a £14.9 million funding package for transport and infrastructure improvements in Burgess Hill, which includes new integrated transport solutions.Gary Marsh, Mid Sussex District Councillor Cabinet Member for Service Delivery and Rachel Ryan-Crisp Burgess Hill Growth Area Programme Manager will discuss the Burgess Hill regeneration plans

Edwards Vacuum have implemented a range of initiatives at their Global Technology Centre to reduce business mileage and help employees choose more sustainable options to travel to and from work. Peter Lamb, Senior Manager -Scientific Pump Technology at Edwards Vacuum’s Global Technology Center, will share how the range of initiatives they have implemented have delivered cost and carbon savings.

You will have the opportunity to network with other delegates. Light refreshments will be provided.
