Top IT players ABCOM sponsor Burgess Hill FC and Lewes RFC

ABCOM IT Solutions, based in Burgess Hill, is very much at the core of community life. Working with local businesses across the South East, the company makes IT their business.

Enthusiastic about all things sport,  they regularly offer their ongoing support to community groups and good causes.

ABCOM are a community-spirited business proud to have sponsored Burgess Hill Football Club, and more recently Lewes Rugby Club (Lewes RFC). Rugby as a sport is fantastic as a game played by all ages, from kids to adults. It’s also great fun to be a spectator too. There is a sense of fair play about rugby and acceptance of the referee’s decision, which in its own way is similar to the business values of ABCOM.

At the very beginning, ABCOM used to be called Albion Business Computers, so their interest in sport started from their very first days of business. Based in Brighton and supporting their football club, Brighton & Hove Albion, specifically Albion in the Community.

Testimonials

"“I have belonged to this group since I started my own business, Lea Graham Associates, in 1986. The association has been through several incarnations since then, but its most recent one, BHBPA, is by far the best.

It’s much more than just a networking group, although it is supremely good at that too. BHBPA is inclusive and friendly and acts like a mutual-support society. The events are stimulating, worthwhile and often great fun and I believe most members share this opinion.”"

Susan Fleet, Managing Director
(Lea Graham Associates)

"This association was started with a lot of effort from a few local businessmen and has proved to be a very powerful and useful tool for our business. The BHBPA has influence at the top level; when action is needed, the BHBPA gets it done. We are kept in touch with all that is happening on our doorstep and will often act because of what is published in the weekly emails / newsletters."

Steve Mooney
(Steven Mooney Machinery)

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"If Carlsberg did networking they would do it the BHBPA way. Each event is packed with great ideas, thought provoking presentations and fun. As a small business we feel supported and part of the community. We have built friendships and business relationships and there is always plenty of advice on hand to benefit us all so don’t hesitate to join whatever the nature of your business. "
