PC Tamers stop people throwing their computers out of the window. Most of us have had that “I’m going to throw this thing out of the window!”, moment with our computers. We stop people from having those moments by providing Microsoft Office training, support and automation.
We have provided Microsoft training and support for, among others, Philips Electronics; Chandler-Chicco (PR) Agency; STIHL; McArthur Glenn; The Banana Producers Association of Dominica; The SAS. (Yes, that SAS); Pfizer; Respironics; Rohm & Haas; Hertfordshire County Council; Age Concern; Gillette.
Training – ‘classroom’ training, one-to-one. We always try to work with the user’s own data, making the training more effective.
Support – at their desk or via our online portal, where queries can be posted.
Automation – when repetitive, time-consuming tasks are automated huge savings – in time, money, stress and effort – can be made. For example, for one person WE saved a whole day every week by automating an Excel task for her. That equates to 2 ½ working months a year.
Even if we “only” manage to save 30 minutes a day that equates to 16 working days each year. And if your company has, let’s say, 15 employees that multiplies up to the equivalent of having an extra employee.
