St Peter & St James Hospice are running their Make a Will Month during April 2017. They’ve partnered up with local solicitors to provide a free Will writing service in return for a donation to the hospice.
There are eight solicitors to choose from, based in Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Lewes and they will be offering their services free of charge, in lieu of a donation to the hospice.
Recent studies have shown that about two thirds of adults have not made a Will. An up-to-date Will, written by a solicitor, will make sure your wishes are respected. It also prevents the Government from claiming your assets and avoids difficult decisions and legal complications for your loved ones.
Hospice Chief Executive, Colin Burgess, says “We would like to thank the solicitors for taking part in this scheme, many of whom have generously given their time to help the hospice. Their valuable contribution allows people in our local community to make their Will whilst supporting St Peter & St James”
