Awards are good for business… so get nominating for BHBiz
You probably know that Hollywood Awards Season is well under way, but you should be aware that Burgess Hill is gearing up for its very own awards evening.
Burgess Hill Business Parks Association (BHBPA) has announced its inaugural BHBiz Awards, which will be held on 5 May at the Brighton Amex. There’s been a lot of interest and the evening is shaping up to be a fabulous evening of fun, friendly networking that will recognise people and businesses that we all admire in our community.
Nominations opened two weeks ago, and the BHBPA is looking for as many people as possible to throw their hat in the ring, or to put someone else forward.
If you need convincing, the Oscars are a useful reminder that there are numerous soft and hard benefits to entering and/or winning awards.
But that’s La La Land… what’s it got to do with the real world? Well, although BHBiz might not have the same instant recognition (and don’t expect a $200,000 nominee gift bag, including personalised M&Ms), they represent a fantastic opportunity to boost business and get your name out there.
The application process has been designed to be as simple and efficient as possible. It only takes minutes to enter, and yet the payoff could potentially be seriously beneficial.
Even if your company is a sponsor, why not consider entering one or more of the other categories?
If your business or a colleague has done something impressive – why not shout about it? Our judges want to find people who truly deserve each award, so no application will go to waste.
