SUMMER SERENADE ON SATURDAY

Music for a summer’s evening will be performed by four musical friends from Mid Sussex on Saturday evening (25 June).

Guaranteed to bring melodies and mirth in equal measure, Lea Graham Quartet’s ‘Summer Serenade’ will include songs by Flanders & Swann, Gilbert & Sullivan, Mozart, Cole Porter, Elgar, Lloyd Webber and Kern.

The evening promises to provide an eclectic mix of musical styles and recitations intertwined with plenty of humour, which has become the hallmark of the Quartet. The singers – Susan Fleet, Belinda Sharp, Chris Simms and David Farmer – plan to serenade the audience with music for a summer’s evening.

It’s for a good cause too – proceeds will be donated to the local branch of the British Red Cross.   At the heart of their work is providing help to people in crisis, both in the UK and overseas. The Red Cross is committed to helping people without discrimination, regardless of their ethnic origin, nationality, political beliefs or religion.

‘Summer Serenade’ takes place at 7.30pm on Saturday 25 June at Burgess Hill School for Girls.   Please phone 01273 305416 to book tickets.

Testimonials

"Regular, well organised events, excellent updates and information by email along with a warm welcome from the Chair and Coordinator are just some of the positives at BHBPA."

Mike Oliver, Owner
(Mike Oliver Associates)

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"

Bruce Millington, Manager
(Sutton Winson Ltd)

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."
