For over 30 years in Great Britain, Handelsbanken has upheld the tradition of quiet, efficient service to our customers and we are delighted to have opened our Haywards Heath Branch in January 2016. The branch, based in Perrymount Road covers the mid-Sussex area, including Burgess Hill. Along with the Branch Manager Dave Barden, the team includes Individual Banking Manager Richard Barber and Account Manager Support Sarah Phelan.
Handelsbanken offers banking services tailored to Corporate, Professional and Individual Banking customers. Alongside traditional banking services we provide corporate loans and personal mortgages, with our Wealth Management arm, Heartwood offering high quality wealth and investment management. Our constant aim is to exceed our customers’ requirements and provide the highest quality of service. We have no call centres so you only ever deal with people you know by name and as the majority of decisions are made locally we are able to respond quickly and efficiently.
Importantly, we do not have sales targets or bonuses so we will not try to market products to you that you neither want nor require. Instead we focus on building successful, trusted long term relationships. Indeed, Handelsbanken has recently been rated top for customer satisfaction for the seventh year running in an independent survey of British banks for both personal and business customers. This is a fantastic achievement and reflects our commitment to the Handelsbanken way of banking and the underlying customer experience that this delivers.
If you would like to know any more about the services we provide, please do contact one of us on 01444 450208. We look forward to speaking with you!
"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""
"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."
"“I have belonged to this group since I started my own business, Lea Graham Associates, in 1986. The association has been through several incarnations since then, but its most recent one, BHBPA, is by far the best.
It’s much more than just a networking group, although it is supremely good at that too. BHBPA is inclusive and friendly and acts like a mutual-support society. The events are stimulating, worthwhile and often great fun and I believe most members share this opinion.”"
"As the local hospice for the area, it’s great that we receive so much support from the BHBPA. Last year the members raised an amazing £2150 through activities such as Bake Off and the BHBiz Awards. Each well planned members meeting enables good networking opportunities and speakers that are relevant to the present climate and local issues. We are proud to be members of BHBPA."
