News: Job in East Grinstead

Posted on 7th March 2016

DevAssist is an award winning legal services company producing high quality reports for property buyers. There is an opportunity for a full time permanent job with great prospects for the right candidate. The role would initially involve order processing and collating the relevant information that feeds into the creation of our reports as well as some general administration duties. It will progress on to report writing, working on improvements to the report writing process and assisting with sales and marketing activities.

Good judgment and the ability to think independently are essential. More specifically the person will be required to identify potential development sites and evaluate the relative likelihood of development occurring in that location. An ability to write coherently and professionally is crucial. We often need to describe and summarize complicated circumstances in a manner than the public can easily digest.  It is important that the candidate should be able to distill technical language into easily understandable summary paragraphs. Being conscientious and wanting to permanently deliver excellent reports is essential.

Any demonstrable IT expectance particularly with Filemaker or GIS applications would be an advantage but is not essential. Relevant qualifications or experience in surveying, property development or planning at either undergrad or postgrad level will help your application.

Please send your CV and covering letter to hr@dev-assist.co.uk.
