The Quiz Night at the Woolpack on March 15th for BHBPA companies and friends is now sold out. I am pleased to say that we have 19 teams all ready and cramming with Encyclopaedia Brittanica every night before bed. It will be an exciting, competitive and fun evening I feel sure.
The costs will be just £5 per member of team, in teams of between 4 and 6. That fiver will include a delicious snack of cheese or chilli nachos provided by Lance and Dee at the Woolpack. We shall also be holding a raffle which will raise money for St Peter & St James Hospice. Of course some of you may wish to get there early and eat at the pub beforehand
Teams competing will be:- Plumpton College, Newman Thomson, Sutton Winson, Nova Direct, Ridgeview, Bruynzeel, Lloyds Bank, Bio-Productions, Kreston Reeves, Bennett Christmas, Rawlison Butler, Preview, Nat West Bank, SPSJ Hospice, Station Taxis, MCL Telecom, Beacon Services, EAO and the BHBPA team of course.
There has been one drop out yesterday and so there is one possible spot left …? Looking forward to the evening – starts around 7pm.
"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "
"Regular, well organised events, excellent updates and information by email along with a warm welcome from the Chair and Coordinator are just some of the positives at BHBPA."
"As the local hospice for the area, it’s great that we receive so much support from the BHBPA. Last year the members raised an amazing £2150 through activities such as Bake Off and the BHBiz Awards. Each well planned members meeting enables good networking opportunities and speakers that are relevant to the present climate and local issues. We are proud to be members of BHBPA."
"“I have belonged to this group since I started my own business, Lea Graham Associates, in 1986. The association has been through several incarnations since then, but its most recent one, BHBPA, is by far the best.
It’s much more than just a networking group, although it is supremely good at that too. BHBPA is inclusive and friendly and acts like a mutual-support society. The events are stimulating, worthwhile and often great fun and I believe most members share this opinion.”"
