News: Albion in the Community Back to Exercise Programme in Mid Sussex

Posted on 8th February 2016

On behalf of Albion in the Community, working in partnership with Mid Sussex Wellbeing team, I would like to introduce our Back to Exercise programme.

This programme is designed to encourage people over 18 years of age in the Mid Sussex area to become active and improve their health by joining one of our exercise classes

such as Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Stretch & Tone, Zumba, Walking Football, Learn to Run, Aqua Aerobics, Buggy Workout and many more.

Our courses are held at various venues in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and East Grinstead area.

We have a new Yoga course starting on Tuesday 23 February during lunch time hours from 12:45pm-2:00pm at the Kings Church, Victoria Road in Burgess Hill.

Our lunchtime Yoga class is ideal for businesses with an interest in improving their employees’ health and wellbeing.

Please feel free to send these details to those who you think might be interested in joining this lunchtime class for local businesses.

I have also attached a list of all our new classes starting in January 2016 across the Mid Sussex area.

I would very much appreciate if you could forward it to your colleagues in case they would like to join one of these courses.

They can contact me and I will book their space.

Best wishes

"Since joining BHBPA we have found it to be a dynamic and vibrant members’ organisation, with excellent, regular and informative meetings.

Peter Liddell does a first class job in ensuring that members’ interests are aired and addressed.

Mark O'Shea, Partner
(Rawlison Butler)

""BHBPA is a really well organised and run group, great for networking and benefitting from knowledgeable local speakers with real business insight. Peter brings enthusiasm and humour which helps drive the association forward. I am glad to be part of it.""

Dave Farmer, German Translator
(Dave Farmer & Co)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)

"If Carlsberg did networking they would do it the BHBPA way. Each event is packed with great ideas, thought provoking presentations and fun. As a small business we feel supported and part of the community. We have built friendships and business relationships and there is always plenty of advice on hand to benefit us all so don’t hesitate to join whatever the nature of your business. "
