News: Summer Festival Tours?

Posted on 21st January 2016

Hi Peter

I am co-ordinating Burgess Hill Summer Festival and am keen to involve local businesses in the Festival. The 2016 Festival will take place from Saturday 4 – Sunday 12 June.

During previous Festivals we have put on events enabling the public to see ‘behind the scenes’ at some of our businesses – e.g. Keymer Tileworks, Ridgeview Winery and the sewage works have all been popular in previous years.

I wondered whether any of the companies on the business parks might be interested in putting on a short tour for a limited number of people?  20 people seems to be a good number and we can take bookings of names and contact numbers at our Help Point.

Thanks for your help.

Best wishes

Judy

Testimonials

"The BHBPA is an energetic and vocal organisation that connects and empowers and informs the local business community acting as an effective conduit to local authority and other organisations. We are proud to be part of that community and the association."

Nick Broom, Managing Director
(PVL UK Ltd)

"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""

Peter Hook, Manager
(Computer Systems Engineers)

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"

Bruce Millington, Manager
(Sutton Winson Ltd)

"I am delighted to have a long-standing relationship with the BHBPA. Since its foundation the Association has gone from strength to strength and there is no doubt that it has brought huge benefits to its members and the business community as a whole through the partnerships it has formed with the local authorities, Sussex Police and local organisations. It is paramount that Burgess Hill businesses have an effective collective voice."
