News: Great Success for Subway at Work

Posted on 17th December 2015

Subway Burgess Hill would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We would also like to thank all the businesses and individuals in Victoria Business Park who have supported our Subway at Work concept since its launch in November.

We were extremely proud to have our mobile Subway unit featured at the Subway South Coast Franchisee Conference 2015 at Chichester Yacht Club of the 4th of December.

It was a big surprise for all the franchisees attending the conference and proud owner and Burgess Hill franchisee Mathew Cates was thrilled to have it on display at the entrance to the venue on the day.

Mathew’s Subway at Work concept has created quite a buzz within the brand and looks set to be rolled-out across the UK (and possibly beyond) in the new year.

Mathew was nominated for Franchisee of the Year at the conference awards and was recognised for the hard work and dedication he shows in his position on the board of the Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund for the South Coast region.

Subway at Work has been a huge success since it’s launch and it has been a pleasure meeting and serving the people who work in the business park every day and we look forward to bringing you some exciting developments of the concept early next year.

Have a fantastic Christmas break and here’s to a great 2016!

Testimonials

"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""

Peter Hook, Manager
(Computer Systems Engineers)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)

"“Sutton Winson have been members of the BHBPA for around 7 years. We have found it a great way to keep in touch with Burgess Hill businesses and to meet with likeminded people. It’s not just another “networking” group, as it tackles the real issues and gets things done”"

Bruce Millington, Manager
(Sutton Winson Ltd)

"This association was started with a lot of effort from a few local businessmen and has proved to be a very powerful and useful tool for our business. The BHBPA has influence at the top level; when action is needed, the BHBPA gets it done. We are kept in touch with all that is happening on our doorstep and will often act because of what is published in the weekly emails / newsletters."
