News: Mat and Subway Van to Star at Conference

Posted on 3rd December 2015

Apologies but the Subway at Work service will not be available on Friday 4th of December.

The vehicle is going to be star attraction at the 2015 Annual Subway Franchisee Conference for the South of England in Chichester and many visiting dignitaries from the UK head office will be coming down to see it for the first time.

The Subway at Work concept is the first of its kind in the UK and Burgess Hill Franchisee Mathew Cates has created quite a stir within the brand with his idea.

Mathew is currently the only Subway franchisee who knows about the vehicle but his regional head office have asked for it to take pride of place right outside the entrance to the conference venue, so all the franchisees will see it for the first time as they arrive for the event!

We are immensely proud that the Subway at Work vehicle is being featured at the conference and look forward to getting it back out in the business park again on Monday, when normal service will resume. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Testimonials

"“We have been members of BHBPA from its inception, and seen the organisation steadily grow and expand into the dynamic entity it is today, bringing positive benefits to all its members.""

Peter Hook, Manager
(Computer Systems Engineers)

"The BHBPA is the most effective and dynamic business organisation I have ever worked with in over 30 years in Local Government. It has a very active and large membership whose points of view are taken seriously by all government structures. Peter Liddell does an excellent job in providing unique and enjoyable networking opportunities where members interact and discuss points of mutual interest. It provides a forum for businesses to discuss common issues, to share experiences and to play a powerful and meaningful role in the Burgess Hill community. The BHBPA provides important and credible support for all its members and ensures that their best interests are represented where necessary. "

Steve Cridland, CEO
(Burgess Hill Town Council)

"“I can’t speak highly enough of the BHBPA. As a small local business we feel very much part of a community and thoroughly enjoy the annual exhibition and meetings throughout the year. Over the years we have built fantastic working relationships with many BHBPA members and every meeting and event offers us opportunities to work with more. This is networking at its best! ” "

Judi Arditi, Director
(Travail Employment Group)

"I am delighted to have a long-standing relationship with the BHBPA. Since its foundation the Association has gone from strength to strength and there is no doubt that it has brought huge benefits to its members and the business community as a whole through the partnerships it has formed with the local authorities, Sussex Police and local organisations. It is paramount that Burgess Hill businesses have an effective collective voice."
