Aneela Rose of Rose Media Group Qualifies for Great British Powerlifting Championships 2017!
Burgess Hill digital agency owner Aneela took part in a GB powerlifting qualifier on Saturday and managed to smash her numbers and qualify for the GB Champs in November!
Having undertaken a gruelling weight loss programme to meet the 52kg bodyweight class whilst increasing her strength, this is a massive accomplishment for Aneela who started competing at national level last year. Since adopting a growth mindset Aneela has seen huge achievements both personally and within her agency, which has resulted in a very positive atmosphere within her team, client relationships and agency success.
